Joel Gonzalez has an Exercise Science Degree from Salisbury University.  After playing minor league professional baseball, Joel wanted to pursue his passion of fitness and exercise by helping others.   He has been the Assistant Fitness Director at the Department of Labor for the past 7 years.  His dedication to bringing fitness to the next level has helped create one of our most popular Group Exercise classes called Xsanity that combines High Intensity Interval Training with body weight exercises to burn as many calories as possible in just 45-minutes.   Joel still actively plays baseball and pick-up basketball after work and has been labeled one of DOLFA's toughest personal trainers.

Carson Njoku 



Carson Njoku graduated from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore with an Exercise Science Degree.  After college, he became a licensed Chiropractor Assistant  from then on turned his focus towards health and fitness. After becoming part of  team DOLFA in Dec 2015, he has gone on to create one of our most popular Group Exercise Classes called Cross Train and also teaches the amazing Rock Bottom class that helps tone your "bottom half" in just 30-minutes!
